the nurse on staff was fantastic. I was using a new insurance and she went above and beyond to make sure the office would accept it. If it wasn't for that taking a few extra minutes, I would've been in and out within 12 minutes of walking through the door.

The doctor was running late and rushed through my initial appointment. I had another doctor the second appointment and he was more patient and attentive. I had to get a vaccine and the shot was administered by the front desk/medical assistant. The injection was so hard and painful, there was no conversation or warning and I felt very very uncomfortable . Because of this I will probably not return unless there isn't another doctor available .

Jonny Abraham needs to listen better. Every sentence I tried to speak, he would cut me off and jump to conclusions, almost always off. I didn’t get to full explain the issue and my passed medical history. I was not able to address all my issues, and when I told him i was frustrated by how the appointment was carried out, his response was “just come back next week, we’re a walk in.
All the other staff was friendly and helpful.

He was very knowledgeable but he’d do well if he listened to understand instead of listening to respond. Also I came there for a dermatology consultation and he kept questioning my weight and stretch marks.

The entire staff was friendly and they greeted me when I walked in. I arrived 15 mins early so that was the only reason I waited because at my appointment time I was called straight in. The nurse taking vitals had a GREAT "attitude" with every person I watched her encounter before me. NP Abraham listened thoroughly, did not attempt to rush the appointment, asked about family medical history and made suggestions, and explained everything in detail regarding why I came in, including after-appointment instructions. It was great to also have a pharmacy on-site! I will be switching to them for my primary care. I have heard good things about Dr. Joseph, so I will see in the near future!
