About Dr. Edward Pont

I have been a community pediatrician for over 20 years at the same practice suburban Chicago. I try very hard to be responsive to my patients, answering every question by the end of the day. My general philosophy is that the body generally knows best what to do, and the physician's role is to recognize when it is not working properly and stay out of the way when it is.

Dr Pont is wonderful, he knows each of our children and asked about them even though it was only my son's 3-year check because he knows my eldest has additional needs (ADHD). Having a primary care provider for my children that really knows them like this is so important.
He is so kind and encourages me to share my concerns and invites me to learn about the kids' health. He is clear but also supportive and patient. He is very gentle with the children, and they look forward to seeing him.
Dr. Pont is great with our toddler!
