Great bedside manner. I never felt rushed or hurried. He took the time to run additional unexpected tests & discuss the results immediately. Very reassuring person. He made me feel comfortable in what is for me an uncomfortable situation. Great doctor.

I would highly recommend DR. Cook to my friends as well to my clients..... DR. Cook , is very professional as well very passionate in his profession and all questions are answered to the best of his knowledge...without any rush.... I also like to mention, that DR. COOK looks at his patient as a human being, versus a DOLLAR BILL......which is very rare nowadays....... Thank you DR. COOK... for all your kindness and understanding

Jonathan C. Cook, M.D. is originally from southern California but considers the Pacific Northwest his adopted home. He received his B.Sc. from the University of Victoria in British Columbia and completed his M.D. through the University of Miami (FL). He completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Cook is a junior fellow in good standing with the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists
Dr. Cook has a special interest in high risk obstetrics as well as minimally invasive
in-office procedures for the control of heavy menstrual bleeding and permanent birth control.
In addition he offers a full range of gynecologic surgeries (incontinence, fibroids, pelvic pain and more) as well as complete family centered obstetrical care; including low intervention and unmedicated births.
He has a wide range of interests and especially enjoys yoga, cooking and political advocacy for women’s health care.

I didn't find this doctor to be especially sensitive to my choice to terminate a pregnancy. It was evident that he had an opinion on the issue and I left the appointment without feeling like the main reason I made the appointment was fully addressed and upset that he took issue with my choice to have a legal procedure perform. By time I reached the parking lot I was in tears from my appointment. If there's any way to do so, in the future I will seek out an OGBYN who are pro-choice so I will not have an experience on being judged by my medical history.
