Dr. Engel is such a great dentist, I drove 30 miles and waited in 3 hours of traffic just to keep my appointment. I would not go to another dentist.

Probably the only dentist that spent an hour (yes 1 hour) just checking my teeth. Dr. Engel was extremely personal, open minded and informative. I was extremely pleased with the nice clean office, the front desk is phenomenal, and the back office is just a pleasure. I look forward to being here for a long time, this doctor truly cares about all his patients. After the checkup, I went in for a cleaning and that took no longer than 35 minutes, extremely pleased with the entire office.

Dr. Engel is really nice and professional but his administrative staff aren't so kind. they weren't acomodating appointment wise the third time around and they kept changing prices for the services. if on my initial visit i paid the amount..the next time i wanted to book an appt they said i owed another fee because they miscalculated the first time...that is unprofessional and they became rude when i contested the charges.

I've been to Dr. Engel's for several appointments. For all appointments, I found Dr. Engel and the staff extremely friendly and professional. They really try to make you feel at home. Dr. Engel takes care to explain the procedure, takes his time to do a excellent job, and I never felt rush at all. I also appreciated the followup calls from Dr. Engel to see if I'm doing okay; I only a couple of dentists/doctors who are as considerate as Dr. Engel.
