About Dr. Claudine Kashiwabara
Dr. Kashiwabara is committed to providing high-quality dentistry with a sense of empathy for her patients’ needs and comfort at Fuller Smiles. “Dr. K” takes great pride in serving as a caring, trustworthy, and gentle practitioner.
She then completed a rigorous dental program at UCLA School of Dentistry where she enjoyed partaking in study clubs in all aspects of general dentistry and volunteering for dental mission trips. She obtained further training in an intense hospital setting at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, and has since then enjoyed serving as a general dentist in NYC and now back in her LA hometown for Fuller Smiles. Dr. Kashiwabara is passionate about providing the best care and treatment for her patients, and is proficient in cosmetic dentistry, fixed and removable prosthetics, endodontics, and oral surgery. She is Invisalign-certified and is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the West Los Angeles Dental Society. Outside of her practice, Dr. K enjoys biking, hiking, yoga, photography, and museums.

This was honestly one of the most pleasant dentist experiences I’ve ever had! The staff is very friendly and welcoming, the office is very clean and modern, and the wait time was so short I didn’t even have time to finish filling out my paperwork before they called me back (not a bad thing at all).
Both the Hygienist and Doctor Claudine were very friendly and easy to make conversation with. The Hygienist was extremely informative and walked me through my x-rays, pointing out things they are looking for and how my teeth and gums looked over all. She also gave me some useful tips on brushing, flossing, and even how my toothpaste isn’t shouldn’t be rinsed with water to maximize the benefits. Dr. Claudine was very knowledgeable and even took pictures of my teeth to show me what she was seeing.
At the end, the front desk staff came to my chair and gave me a clear breakdown of the recommending items and how much they would cost. Overall, it was an amazing experience!

I got there a bit early so I could fill out all the forms (IDK why they want to know profession, employer, and some other info that will not affect any treatment). I was called in and someone took me to the skin care area, not dentist. After a few minutes, someone came to ask who I was seeing. I mentioned the name of the dentist, then she took me to the right location. Once there, we did the x-rays just fine. I had to wait almost 1 hour for the dentist to come after the x-rays were done. The dentist did the cleaning quickly and explained what I'd have to do next. Then she asked me to wait for someone to come and talk about insurance and payments; and she was going to do polishing after that. About 10 min later, someone came and explained the payment stuff. Then someone else came and said I was good to go. "Wait .. what about the polishing the dentist mentioned?" To make the story short, someone did the polishing after I asked, and I got an electric toothbrush as consolation prize .

I love their promotions like free scan for invisalign with no commitment and reduced price laser whitening. Staff was friendly. Transparent pricing by their excellent biller. Dr K was so gentle and it was painless to have my cleaning and fillings.
The only downside was paid parking (I ended up paying 11$-- 2$ per 30 minutes) with no validation accepted.
The office is clean and runs smoothly. Highly recommend.
