Dr. Shahrooz, a native of Los Angeles, California, first realized his passion for dentistry while attending UCLA for his undergraduate degree. During this time, he began volunteering at the UCLA School of Dentistry. Having explored his creative side through art and pursued his intellectual fascination with science in school, Dr. Shahrooz discovered that dentistry allows him to merge these two interests into one. With this in mind, he continued his education and obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry.

I am usually terrified to go to the dentist, so I just haven’t for a long time. Needless to say my oral health is in poor condition. Not once did he make me feel ashamed or embarrassed. He answered all of my questions and made sure he explained everything to me in great detail. I am no longer afraid to go the dentist and feel as if I’m in good hands. The office was adorable, and extremely clean. All of the staff was incredibly friendly. Overall a wonderful experience. I highly recommend!

Amazing and welcoming staff! If you have a fear of going to the dentist like I do, I highly recommend coming here because they will but your fear to rest. The orthodontist was non judgmental and clearly explained what was going on with my teeth. Again, highly recommend !

I would never think I would say I had a wonderful experience at the dentist but I did. Everyone was wonderful and patient. I didn’t feel pressured to do anything and I was giving so much information as to what was going on with my mouth health. Everything was clean and a very welcoming environment. I was shown my teeth from so many different visual aids and preventive measures. If you are looking for a new dental practice please give them your first consideration.

This was my first visit and i must say from the moment you walk in you are treated with kindness and professionalism. Love how sweet and talkative everyone is in this office. Dr.Shahrooz did an incredible job getting my tooth extracted without taking too much time and was as gentle as he could've been on me.

So happy I found Dr.Shahrooz's office!!! He is seriously one of the nicest and most talkative doctors I've met. He makes sure you understand everything and gives a good analogy for you to consume the information. He has all the updated equipment and has gentle hands so no more trauma or sore jaws from going to the dentist! Maria at the front desk is the sweetest! Love the modern layout throughout the whole office as well.

Every step from the initial observations to the x-rays, to the final "here's your options and my recommendation" talk we're professional and absolutely straight forward and right to the point.
A better experience I could not have asked for. Highly recommend this office.

I was a patient of Dr.Lewis, the previous dentist at this location, and decided to give Dr.Shahrooz a try before I went out looking for another dentist. I'm happy I decided to do so because i have been coming here ever since. He has done some very nice and much needed upgrades to the office space and the equipment used.

I have been coming to Dr.Shahrooz for the last year ever since I was referred to him by my sister because of a tooth infection I had at the time. Dr.Shahrooz's office luckily had an opening the day I called and had me in the office in no time. He adjusts to your needs and takes very good care of you and makes sure your comfortable.

First time at TAD and just wanted to say how pleasant of an experience had. The second you walk in you are greeted by Maria with her great customer service. Dr.Shahrooz is amazing and such a gentle person. Since it was a long time since I went to the dentist, he took his time and understood my feelings. They took their time and explained everything thoroughly. The procedure was very thorough and comfortable at the same time!

I'm so happy to have found Dr.Shahrooz's office! I came in for a second opinion and he disagreed with what my previous dentist wanted to do. I went and asked a third dentist about what Dr.Shahrooz was recommending and they agreed with Dr.Shahrooz. So I decided to go to him for the procedure and I'm so happy that I did! He is so gentle with you and makes sure to provide you with top-tier service and care. His staff is so nice and friendly as well.

Most wonderful dentist and staff ever! I used to be a patient of Dr.Lewis who used to own this office and let me tell you, the new renovations done by Dr.Shahrooz is amazing! The whole practice has changed for the better and updated the systems.

By far the best dentist in Los Angeles area! The friendly staff and dentist make the whole process of going to the dentist a lot less dreadful and even sometimes makes you look forward to your next visit, depending on the kind of procedure needed. I have been coming here for the last year and very happy with the work they do on my teeth.

I was referred to Dr.Shahrooz by my sister about 2 years ago when I had an infected tooth and I'm happy I took her advice. Dr.Shahrooz really knows what hes doing and made the whole extraction procedure painless and seamless. Very lovely staff as well!

I have been coming here for the last year and have loved all my experiences so far! Everyone in the office is loving and welcoming, from the front desk to Dr.Shahrooz himself. They have always been thorough with all my dental needs and have helped me treat some gum disease with the new dental plan to help have healthier gum.

I visited Dr.Shahrooz to get a cleaning and get an Invisalign and Dr.Shahrooz's office was the right choice to go with. He was able to get an impression and have the Invisalign ready the following week. His staff is also very friendly and professional.

Dr.Shahrooz is amazing! Me and my brother have been going to him for the last 3 years and have not gone to any other dentist since. He is very invested in the health of your teeth and has gentle hands while. He does his procedures differently than other dentists i've been to. He somehow makes the whole procedure a lot less painful.
