My interaction with Dr. Forman has consisted of an initial visit, an evaluation, a recommendation, a surgical procedure and subsequent follow-ups. Sherry, the nurse receptionist, was the first person I dealt with. These key assistants often set the tone for your entire subsequent medical experience. Her pleasant demeanor and ready smile give you the impression that you are visiting a friend, not a physician. As for the Doctor himself; through, professional, knowledgeable, informative and approachable. What more can you ask?

My daughter appointment was for tonsillitis and due to an administered test consistent with vibration towards her ears, she suffered to days. Also during exam, I was informed of possible damage to teeth and excessive bleeding. Needless to say we were hesitant to make an appt for surgery. Over all, we cancelled set surgery and are going with another Dr. The staff was excellent. great job ladies!!
