“I was very impressed with my experience here. The office was clean and everyone I interacted with was very kind, professional, and patient. I was impressed with the timing given the number of people in the waiting room. I checked out in just over 30 mins after my appt time. The doctor was excellent, had exceptional bedside manner, and he did not make me feel rushed in my appointment, which is a common theme I’ve experienced in other clinics. Overall I will return here for my E.N.T.-related concerns. ”

Honestly. I’m really confused. The doctor and staff were nice enough and the doctor was knowledgeable about my condition. However. I got sent out the door with no information about my prescription. No paper, no email, no anything. I even went back inside and asked for info on it, the front desk lady disappeared to ask the doctor and I waited and waited for her to return with an answer, only for a different front desk lady to tell me they’d just give me a call which I did not receive. I did not receive any notes or paper or online info about my doctors visit either. It’s like I have no proof I went besides my card charges.. and I almost feel like they just swiped my card, took my money and I left. The doctor wanted to look inside my nose with a camera, didn’t ask me or warn me about ANOTHER charge.. I found out the price from the assistant after the doctor left the room.. and it was expensive. Lastly, we drove from Orlando to Tampa. A far drive for a sub par experience.

Did not receive any medical treatment. A waste of time and money. Received No recommendations nor relevant information to resolve my issue.
The staff and doctor were nice, but did not receive a resolution to my medical issue. How you go to the doctor and receive no treatment?
I got a text message from my pharmacy stating there's fluocinolone otic for me to pick up. I didn't come for my ears, I came for my throat. I need medicine for my throat, not my ears. Smh

My appointment was fine, but the only way to contact the doctor was by calling the office which isn’t ideal. I wish there was a way to message the doctor directly online instead of having to go through an automated system and receptionist.

Dr Getz was concerned, wanted to get me well and recognized what was causing my distress. I am seeing him for a follow up in a month. The most amazing thing was the quickness I was given a visit. The next day. Other ENT's had me out till March before an appointment.

I felt Dr. Getz took his time in answering all my questions and listening to me and understanding. Although my ear is in pain I have no doubt that he will make it back to normal. The lady at the front desk was welcoming and I felt at ease just walking in seeing the smile on her face and greeting me.

My wife and I were shocked in having to pay for specialist treatment that was not fully explained before ,my nose test.
I thought I was paying one specialist treatment as I came to an ENT Specialist Office at the Reception counter.
It seems that I could not understand why the first charge did not cover the routine check for Ear, Nose and Throat.
Still perplexed with my very first visit there.

Very friendly staff. I felt both Dr Getz and Audiologist asked the right questions and listened to my concerns. They did a thorough exam and explained the results and any options. I would recommend them.

the discussion with the doctor went well. he took time to listen and diagnose the problem. appreciate it a lot.
however, i think his office did terrible jobs in several counts
1) not clarifying how cost was determined (as it's higher than expected)
2) this is very serious issue and the did not send the primary medicine (antibiotics) to pharmacy until next day (and we had to call)
3) doctor wanted to see again after 1 week and we scheduled the visit. as we didn't get reminder (and forgot time) called back only to know it's scheduled 2 weeks after initial visit. thankfully there was a slot available on zocdoc to book a same day but scheduled time is inconvenient.
