First visit to Dr. Maks as I just moved to the area from overseas. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Nurses were efficient and capable. Dr. Maks was accessible, open, clear in communications and listened well. Has a common sense approach, provides useful information and has a caring attitude.

Dr. Maks is an excellent listener. He addresses all pertinent questions. His friendly, warm manner makes me feel as if my well being is especially important to him. His memory for past and current issues is excellent. My concerns and beliefs are respected. I believe he treats the whole patient and addresses all my needs either by himself or with recommendations for other treatment. I actually look forward to his visits.

Everyone was very polite and helpful from Dr. Maks down to the receptionist. Dr. Maks was very patient in dealing with, explaining matters to me. He does not rush to another patient. My experience in this clinic is very different from my previous one. I’m glad I changed my primary phycisian to Dr. Maks.
