Dr Mallen takes time to listen and explain medical terms to you. He is conservative and prescribed (for me) physical therapy and pain meds before doing more extreme treatments, which I appreciate. He’s generally very easy to book on Zocdoc and has other great reviews.

Dr Mallen takes the time to fully explain all the imaging results and answer questions in detail about treatment plan options. He made me feel well informed and very comfortable with making decision on pain management. He has a great bed side manner and is very compassionate. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The wait was short only like 5 minutes and the office is professional and very well maintained.

What impressed me the most was the amount of time he spent looking at all the MRI’s and going over all of them with me to explain the results.

Dr Mallen is very aware of my condition. I could barely walk without limping when i went to see him. I’m not ready for a knee replacement so opted for a cortisone shot. Had it almost two weeks ago and I’m a new person . Know it’s a bandaid but it did the trick for now and I’m very happy!
