For children ages 4-12 I conduct the evaluation over 3 separate appointments.
- 1 hour with parents - $200
- 1 hour with child - $200
- 1 hour with parents - $200
Adolescents(ages 13-18): 2.5 hours - $500
*If a report is needed a supplemental fee is charged
