I was surprised when I first came in and did a lot of paperwork, it seemed as though they didn't look at any of my check-in information from ZocDoc. The staff also seemed overwhelmed at the time.
I thought Dr. Choi was very patient with me, but when my infection didn't get better I opted to go with a female OBGYN.
