The TV is a bit on the loud side. It made it hard for me to hear my name called as I am hard of hearing. I cannot pick out speech of a person from speech on a TV at the same time. It's just too much noise.
The wait was longer today than usual and the office was packed with people waiting to be seen. However, the doctors moved through the list quickly and efficiently.
Dr. Ndon is super sweet, she listens, understands my problem and how it makes me feel, and does her best to help. She also gives me options when possible. I feel that she genuinely cares about my health and well being.

Jordona Ndon is our Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner that will join the practice in January 2022. Originally from Wisconsin, she attended University of Wisconsin-Madison and majored in Women’s Studies. She moved to New Jersey and attended Villanova University for the Accelerated Nursing Program and Walden University for her Masters in Nursing, in which she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She is a recipient of the Robert Wood Johnson Scholarship, HRSA Nursing Scholarship, and Connelly-Delouvrier International Scholarship. Ms. Ndon has worked for Penn Medicine as a nurse for 3 years. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, she has worked in dermatology for over 5 years. Jordona diagnoses and treats dermatologic skin conditions, provides comprehensive skin exams, cosmetic procedure, and performs outpatient surgical procedures to treat skin cancer. She finds working with and educating the patient about their skin conditions can be rewarding when seeing how positive results impact the patient and their daily life. Jordona is a member of American Nurses Association, Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society and Dermatology Nurses Association. She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and within this organization she spends her time mentoring young teens as well as participating in health fair promotion around the community.

As a Black woman—It was really nice walking into a practice full of Black Women practitioners. I felt safe and heard during my appointment with Jordona. She has excellent bedside manner, was super personable and supportive—which at the end of the day is all we really look for in a doctor. She offered great advice and assistance and I look forward to to seeing her again.

I made an appointment to address my scalp and hair loss and I was not disappointed. The nurse practitioner, Jordan’s Ndon, listened to my concerns and provided several treatment methods, all of which were viable. This was the best analysis and treatment options that I received after getting opinions from three other Dermatologist.
