I came to Dr. Alumba seeking advice and help with anxeity and depression. I have never in my life been treated the way this Dr. treated me. She was extremely unprofessional and at one point in the meeting she laughed at me and my situation. I came there afraid and vulnerable and I opened myself up to be laughed at. I barley got to explain my situation and she came to her own conclusions and never asked me another question. Someone really needs to investigate this Dr. because the way she treats her patients she can do worse damage to their mental health.

The staff were all very friendly and personable. I appreciated the Drs patient and friendly bedside manner. However she took a phone call for several minutes in the middle of our appointment. I should have walked out but I really needed help. I won’t be back.

There was a mixup with my appointment but it was eventually and quickly rectified. The staff is extremely friendly and the young lady at the receptionist desk should receive a raise. She spent invaluable time and effort in finding me referrals for my issue while answering calls and doing her regular activities. She searched various areas to find me at least eight possibilities that would be available to help me. I truly appreciated her efforts.
