Dr. Aranda was AMAZING! Highly recommend. He helped me with issues I didn’t even make an appointment for, and provided referrals for the places I needed to get to next. He was extremely attentive, personable, and gave clear communication. He also listened to everything I had to say, and answered all my questions. The staff at this location were all so incredible and attentive as well!

Dr. Jorge Aranda Jaimes is a diligent and compassionate OB-GYN serving the community of El Paso, TX. Dr. Aranda Jaimes obtained his medical degree from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Bogotá Facultad de Medicina and completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Flushing Hospital Medical Center, where he was chief resident.
Dr. Aranda Jaimes is a part of Providence Women's Health Partners – Mesa. He is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Because Dr. Aranda Jaimes is bilingual in English and Spanish, patients from a variety of backgrounds enjoy having him as their physician. He received the Joseph A. Dr. Aranda is a very nice man, he answered all my questions without seeming annoyed. Gave me his plan and asked if I agreed to it. He was quick and gave a lot of info, I did feel a little lost as when to do what and where after he left out. I was hoping the nurse would have like a list or something covering what he went over, But no. It would have been nice if there was a sheet given with steps on when to do what next and how to do it and what it’s for. Instead of nothing. The nurse just gave me forms needed for lab draws and now I’m trying to remember the large amount of info given. Nurse literally spent 1 minute with me after the doctor visit. Didn’t explain anything He talked about. Doctor is great but nurse is mehhh. I know it’s not nurse job to explain some things but she could atleast confirm I have understanding of what to do next and when on what dates.

Receptionist won't answer the phone when you call, they place you on hold for several minutes and can't seem to come back to the phone. When I arrived I was informed Dr. Aranda wasn't in and they tried to reschedule me a week later and when asked if I could see another doctor instead as I don't have the time the receptionist informed me she couldn't do that. Wouldn't help me out whatsoever and I've been to this office twice already. Won't be coming back.

I saw Dr. Valerie and Dr. Gluc . They were excellent. The staff, however needs some work. When I got there the young lady in the front was on the phone, while about three others were in the back carrying on a conversation in view of the patients. One even looked at me more than one time, and instead of excusing herself from a personal conversation to help me, she continued to talk with the other ladies. I was very displeased as this was my first visit ever. Very poor customer service from the front desk ladies.
