Dr. Quinones is amazing.; however, the staff working with him are atrocious people. Today I waited over an hour and a half. Had to fill out paperwork to then be given a printout to check that wasn’t mine. Had answer the same question that were already asked. Did I mention that Dr. Quinones delivered my now 15 year old son. All my information should be in their system. My phone number is the same. My address is the same. My health coverage is the same. In a time of so much technology and they operate as though they are in the dark ages.

The doctor is simply ok. I only went to this doctor’s office for convenience. It was truly my second interaction with the front desk that made my overall experience unsatisfactory. The front desk receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. The “policies” in this office are made to cheat your insurance company, and does not serve to benefit the patient needs. I will never return to this office.

Doctor was nice, but the staff is horrible. They don't know what they're doing. They tried to bill me incorrectly, but I refused and called my insurance. I was correct. The receptionist also commented on the birth control I choose saying she hated it! Very unprofessional.

Dr. Quinones was great! Very through caring and professional. He is very experienced and trustworthy.However the front desk staff and medical billing were at times very rude, unknowledgeable regarding my insurance plan and unwilling to assist when it came to different situations. I also received inconsistent as well as inaccurate information. Although Dr. Quinones was awesome and close to my home unfortunately I ended seeking another GYN provider because of the difficulty I faced when dealing with this office.

the doctor was very good and very knowledgeable, however, i wasn't to fond of the people in the reception area, they seem a little upset when asked pertinent questions about procedure, made me a little uncomfortable and i almost wanted to leaved.
but the medical team was great and very respectable.

This was my first time receiving a pelvic exam, and the experience was not good. Dr. Quinones did not have a good bedside manner, chastising me when I closed my legs a little when he was inserting the speculum. He ordered a transvaginal ultrasound for me without fully explaining why even after I repeatedly asked. I will not go back to him.

His office admin are okay, can tighten up their processes and improve overall manner they communicate with patients/visitors. Nothing a New Yorker can't tolerate, however.

The best experience with a Gynecologist since I've given birth to my 7 year old daughter! I was very comfortable the entire time I was there, Dr. Quinones was very informative and knowledgeable of my situation. He was very thorough and seemed concerned with getting a solution for my issues. The best visit to the GYN thus far!!

Honestly, he's the best. I'm glad I'm decided to go to him because he's very professional and the other staff too. They made me feel comfortable and he asked me a lot of questions that I didn't even think to ask. I didn't feel rushed like how I felt with my old OB-GYN. When you go to a ob-gyn you always want to feel welcomed and that's exactly how I felt. I highly recommend him.

The doctor, is rude and insensitive. I was flat out told that I had to go through with a procedure I felt uncomfortable with in order to obtain a prescription for BC. I was also told that I am "not easy to to examine" and accused of self diagnosing when relaying information from my previous GYN, who I last saw in February. As a new patient, I felt disrespected and violated. Where other offices will mail you the results of your blood work this one forces you to come in for a follow up. When I request my records be sent to me, I was denied. I plan on following this up with the Medical Board. They do not take debit cards, they do not bill, and they do not compromise. The office's cleanly veneer is tarnished by the disinterest in patient comfort or convenience.
