The practice is very professional and clean. Dr. Cloutier is very knowledgable and answered all of my questions. It was easy to schedule my appointment and the staff is very nice and easy to work with. My health is extremely important and I trust Cloutier Family Practice!

More about Dr. Josee Cloutier, MD
Dr. Cloutier was born in Sherbrooke, Quebec and received a Bachelors degree from University of Quebec and a RN diploma from College Sherbrooke. She began her medical career as a RN, and has worked in Labor and Delivery, ICU, and Urgent Care settings.
She attended and completed medical school at the University of Bucharest, in Romania. Upon returning to this hemisphere she was a primary care provider for the Inuit population in Inukjuak, Quebec. She has just completed her Family Practice residency training at St. Elizabeth in Utica, New York. She and her husband John have fallen in love with our area and hope to make it their permanent home.

Had an acute illness. Got seen when I needed to be seen - ie an immediate appointment. Dr. Cloutier and her staff are proffessional, friendly and very knowledgable.
