VirtuHealthMD is a fully virtual medical practice founded by Dr. William Ryan Ince, a board-certified Family Medicine physician who is also board-certified in Lifestyle Medicine and a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner (CFMP). Appointments are personalized and unrushed. Visits extend beyond quick symptom treatment to evaluate root contributors, lifestyle drivers, cardiometabolic risk, and long-term disease prevention. Please note that VirtuHealthMD does not prescribe controlled substances (including benzodiazepines, opioid pain medications, or stimulant medications) for new patients via telemedicine. Hormone therapy is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and requires appropriate laboratory assessment and clinical evaluation. The focus is structured, evidence-based care rather than short-term or bridge prescribing.
Care may include comprehensive wellness evaluations, chronic condition management, detailed lab interpretation and optimization, weight management, hormone assessment, and advanced biomarker testing when clinically appropriate.
VirtuHealthMD operates as a transparent cash-pay practice, allowing for direct physician access, flexible scheduling, and care centered on outcomes rather than insurance limitations. HSA and FSA cards are accepted, and superbills may be available for potential out-of-network reimbursement depending on your plan.

Dr. Ryan ince is such a caring and thoughtful doctor. He really takes his time and explains things clearly, which I appreciate so much. I love that he can arrange lab work to be done near you or even send certain tests right to your home — it makes everything so easy and convenient. He looks at the whole picture and offers more advanced testing if needed, which gives me a lot of confidence in his care. I feel very well taken care of and highly recommend him.

Dr. Ryan Ince is hands down one of the best physicians I’ve worked with. His virtual telemedicine practice is incredibly convenient, but what really sets him apart is how comprehensive and personalized his care is. He takes the time to review everything in detail — labs, medications, lifestyle factors — and explains the “why” behind each recommendation.
He ordered a thorough set of labs tailored specifically to my goals and walked me through the results in a way that was clear, thoughtful, and actionable. I never felt rushed. It truly felt like an executive-level health evaluation, but from the comfort of my home.
He’s also extremely responsive. Messages are answered quickly, and he even personally reached out to make sure there were no scheduling hiccups before my appointment. That level of attentiveness is rare.
