Dr Shargorodsky was very nice. Upon arrival the staff is friendly and quick to get you registered. The wait after that is ridiculous, 40 plus minutes beyond my appointment time, twice. Time to find a place that respects my time.

Dr. Josef Shargorodsky graduated with University Honors from the University of Michigan. He received his master’s degree in Public Health from the Harvard School of Public Health, and his medical degree from the University of Michigan.
Dr. Shargorodsky completed his internship at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. He then completed the Harvard Combined Residency Program in Otolaryngology, while doing an extra 2 years of clinical and epidemiologic research at the Harvard School of Public Health. He completed his fellowship in Rhinology (sinus and skull base surgery) at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy (AAOA) and is a member of the American Academy of Otolarynbology - Head and Neck Surgery, as well as the American Rhinologic Society.
Dr. Shargorodsky has had multiple scientific publications, and been a presenter at national and international meetings. He has also written multiple book chapters on sinus surgery. His research work has been featured in numerous national and international news outlets, including the New York Times and USA Today, and he has appeared on CNN, BBC, and the Today Show. Dr. Shargorodsky is a member of the Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Media Public Relations Committee.

I waited for 1 hr and 15 mins to see the doctor for a total of 3 minutes. Told me I had to get a hearing test. When I went to check out I was told I had to make an appt for a hearing test AND another co-pay. They said it was my fault because I "declined" a hearing test when making the appt HOWEVER, I was NEVER asked about getting a hearing test while making the appt (made it on Zocdoc- not over the phone). I called into the office, got transferred to different managers. I ended at being told a front desk manager would call me back. Never called. Still waiting for a call back...
