They never showed up to the appointment made me wait an hour and wasted my time

I had a virtual appointment scheduled and the provider never showed up. I tried calling the office and couldn’t get through for about 30 minutes. When I finally reached someone, they were extremely rushed, couldn’t find me in the system, and kept insisting I needed to fill out documents—even though I had already completed everything online prior to the appointment.
I called back to speak with the administrative team and was told that someone had supposedly called, left a voicemail, and sent a text regarding my appointment or documents. I never received any calls, voicemails, or texts.
They rescheduled me, but made the appointment in person after I clearly stated that I needed a virtual appointment. Overall, the experience was disorganized, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
