He is a graduate of the University of New England, college of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Grande began his career in the United States Army serving with NATO forces in Germany. Dr. Grande has been in private practice in Warwick for the last 33 years, serving families in the Rhode Island Community. He is a clinical instructor for the Physician Assistant’s program of Tuft’s University and a clinical instructor for Salve Regina University Nurse Practitioner’s program.

This doctor never followed up when my pharmacy asked him to send an authorization to get my prescription approved by insurance. I had to call over 10 times for my virtual appt that they weren’t aware of so I had to wait extra long and give all of my information again after doing all the forms virtually.

This was a very strange experience. Front desk staff were super kind and I was able to see the doctor quickly... But the doctor's office was not an exam room, but rather a personal office. The doctor never stood up from his chair and had me wheel a wheelie chair around him to take my blood pressure and listen to my heart. Never checked on any other vitals or did any sort of examining. Hardly asked me any questions about my very extensive medical record. I was not weighed, and was asked to report what I thought my weight was- to which he scoffed "Oh Wow" and looked me up and down. The facility has no nursing staff, no ways to do blood work, etc. I'm a little concerned about how this office is allowed to legally operate.

The office has a distinctly retro ambiance, reminiscent to 1970s, well a well worn and lived in character.
It would have been helpful to know the primary care office is not equipped for blood work

The receptionist were great! The nurse practitioner was wonderful. The doctor was extremely overweight and could barely get up to examine me. Also he had bad bedside manner. He was making inappropriate jokes. (It was my first visit as a new patient. This made for an awkward first time visit. Clearly it will be my last.)

It was an odd visit. Dr. Grande was supervising a NP who was getting in her office hours. She was great. He looked over my labs, talked to me about my health, and that was that. Quick visit. Everyone professional.
Reminded me of my doctor from when I was a kid in the early 80's.

The staff and doctor were great. The biggest issue was Blue cross was saying the doctor was in the network and I might get a bill but the doctor actually is in the network. The issue is with Blue Cross and not the provider.

Friendly, helpful staff and clean office. I was seen immediately since I had an appointment. Once the exam started, they went through a thorough list of questions and checked vitals. The doctor was friendly and made sure I had no questions or concerns before concluding the appointment.

I will not go back. Staff was nice. Med student was nice. He did everything and then I was brought to Dr Grande. He never got up, just asked me several times what I wanted from him.( I am looking for a new primary.). He was wearing sweatpants which looked dirty, and a tee shirt. I think he just classified me as a drug seeker because I did ask about pain meds. I was very clear that I certainly don't need them daily but there are times when my back hurts so much it makes me feel nauseated. But I explained that it only happens a few times a month.
I do not think it's fair to make such assumptions when you haven't even met me before this ten minutes of time together.
I did not like his demeanor, or choice of clothing. Not very professional at all

Exam took place in his office not in an exam room, office is extremely outdated and while everyone else was wearing a mask- the doctor was not- the doctor was not entirely clear on why he was doing what he was doing in his very quick physical exam- my weight was not taken- my vitals were not taken- it seemed rather sketchy- the physician himself was nice enough- but it was a very strange experience -
