Dr. Adewumi Bakare, DMSc, PA-C, developed his passion for offering patient-centered, compassionate care through his experience caring for home-bound, hospital, and nursing home patients. Dr. Bakare, a board-certified, doctorally trained physician assistant with over 13 years of experience, provides the bedside manner and compassionate care you deserve. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Long Island University and trained at Maimonides Medical Center in New York. He then received his Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley before completing his Doctor of Medical Science at the University of Lynchburg. They kinda took our insurance...something about they took the provider but not the plan...very confusing. I thought either they took your insurance or they didnt...i was not aware they can pick and choose.. .good Dr but as always insurance is a crapshoot...mosty crap.
