After getting to the office, I did have to wait for over 15 minutes in the lobby and an additional 15 minutes to see the doctor. However, when Dr. Karacic arrived, he was very friendly and genuinely cared about my symptoms. He had suggestions how to proceed and helped prepare for a follow-up appointment.
