The wait time was very annoying but outside of that it was a very good visit. The nurses were very friendly and helpful and the doctor was great and spent a lot of time talking with me and getting all of the details and symptoms and asked a lot of follow up and clarification questions. I rarely find a doctor who is a good listener, I was very happy with this visit and would highly recommend to anyone.

I used ZocDoc to make the appointment. The office said that they did not have a record of my appointment request, so I had to wait for all of the other 3pm patients to be seen. My daughter and I we waited nearly 2 hours and switched waiting rooms three times. All of this was just to get a prescription updated.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pflanzer for 15 years, and I do not plan to ever try another allergy/asthma doctor!! I love him! He's very personable and always works with me for whatever I need. His staff has always been lovely, too, and I've seen quite a few different people over the years. Highly recommend Dr. Pflanzer and his office
