Dr. Joseph Resendiz, DO graduated from the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Resendiz is fluent in Spanish and welcomes Spanish-speaking patients to his practice.
While his practice incorporates his training as an internist, as an osteopathic physician, Dr. Resendiz focuses on treating specific conditions in the context of the patient as a whole.
Our clinic's policy is that we will rarely prescribes narcotics especially opiates and leave the prescribing of benzodiazepines to the mental health specialists. We will will utilize a combination of treatment modalities available in conjunction with United Medical Group such as Chiropractic, acupuncture, massage therapy, and trigger point injections or refer you to a specialist if necessary.
We welcome adults, adolescents and pediatric patients.
Dr. Resendiz specializes in Internal Medicine (This means he can see patients 15 years of age and older.)
Our Nurse Practitioner - Susan Gillispie, FNP (See's patients Newborn to age 65.) She is a graduate of Georgetown University.
We see patient's with and without insurance. New cash patient's are $140 and established patients are $100 (Payment is required prior to service.)
