To ensure the highest level of care and connection, all new patient visits are in person. Dr. Mary also does not prescribe medications at your first visit.

Dr. Mary earned her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from the National University of Natural Medicine, specializing in botanical and anthroposophic medicine. She has served in community clinics across Portland and provided care in rural Nicaragua.
When she's not working, Dr. Mary is a mom to two kids and a pup. In her free time, she enjoys Argentine tango and hiking to waterfalls. She's also fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Spanish.

I had a great experience the minute I walked in. I was a bit late due to traffic - after calling the front desk, they were very flexible and understanding. I was excited to meet Mary and she is very sweet and compassionate. She gave me a safe space to be vulnerable (even cry). Finding a primary care provider can be hard, but I'm happy I found NWIM and took the chance! Thank you!
