I think that it was some what rushed in ways and caused the wait time to seem a lot longer. I didn't like the fact that once I was called back I had to sit in another waiting room for an additional 20-30 minutes. The first eye test wasn't really monitored. The nurse seemed mad and was more focused on putting stuff in the computer and writing when I was doing my sight test. I even missed a few letters and she put that I had 20/20 vision. That was not professional at all. She did not even warn me that she was going to dilate my pupils until she had the drops at my eyes. It would have been nice to have gotten a pre-warning of what she was about to do with my eyes. And to have been informed of what to expect when the drops kick in ( like blurred vision, or irritation to the eye, especially if I had a migraine when i initially checked in). Also, people who came in after I way after me was seen quicker. I think that they should have different 2 waiting areas for the different doctors. This would help less confuse people as to why the order that people came in ( the second waiting area) is not the order that people are called to receive a room and see the doctor.
