My first session with this therapist was pretty decent, and I was hopeful about continuing. However, my second experience was disappointing and felt very unprofessional. I was running late and made sure to notify the therapist ahead of time, but instead of trying to reschedule or work something out, I was told I should consider seeing someone else. It came off as dismissive and uncaring. I expected more understanding, especially in a field centered around empathy and support. Unfortunately, I would not recommend.
