As a physician myself I want to say that not only was the front office staff pleasant, and attentive, the entire back office staff was just as pleasant as attentive. Dr. Zimmerman has an easy going and professional manner, I was treated well, and I hope that my office staff acts as professionally as does his.

Dr. Zimmerman in my initial consult with him, his courtesy was note worthy as he possess great bedside manner. He provide a great overview of the surgery procedure and options. Made me feel more comfortable as he showed the via the computer the areas of my of my arm with where the surgery would occur. He discussed the healing process as well. Highly recommend him and his professional team!

Dr. Zimmerman is courteous and thorough. I appreciate warm old-school acknowledgements like shaking my hand when entering the room. Dr. Zimmerman ordered an on the spot x-ray and pulled it up on the computer and showed me a side-by-side comparison to a normal x-ray. I will also go for an MRI, but so appreciate the thoroughness and time provide to me.

Dr Zimmerman is excellent and performed my surgery. But the office staff is terrible. I scheduled my appointment on zocdoc last week and it was confirmed on email that following day. I received a text confirmation earlier today for today's appointment. When I arrived and was waiting in the waiting room, the office told me that I did not have any appointment scheduled despite me showing them this proof. They said I must call the office to speak to them after making the zocdoc online appointment. What sense does that make? It does no good for them to have this great app if they make you call them after you schedule it. I could have just called them instead of zocdoc. I was very disappointed with their staff and unwillingness to find an opening today with them knowing I was waiting.
If you can get past the office mix up, Dr Zimmerman is great.

It was my 1st visit to Dr. Zimmerman. He was excellent. He spent the time to understand where my pain was and various pain points; double checked the x-rays, and even performed a sonogram to ensure his injection would be the most effective. He even gave me a print out of the diagnosis so I clearly understood the problem. I have come away truly impressed with his demeanor, experience and friendliness. He really put me at ease and I highly recommend him.
