“This was a great practice from how easy it was to find, to the expansive parking lot to the friendly staff to how fast they treated me. As soon as I arrived I was sent to x ray. Within 10 minutes the x ray was complete and I was seeing the doctor. He showed me the cause of my pain on the xray and reviewed all my options. I always bring a book to doctors offices to wile away the wait time. I didn't even finish two pages.”

“Today, on March 18, 2022, I came from Hudson County to visit Dr. Bloomstein and the directions to the office were easy to follow and the office was very well lite and very clean. The area where they took my mom for Xrays was also very clean. One important aspect for a first time visit, is the friendly manner of Dr. Bloomstein's staff. They answered all the questions my mom and I had. When I visit a doctor for the first time, which is the first impression, I can anticipate if I will or will not return. In visiting Dr. Bloomstein for the first time he was just amazing and I highly recommend him. He explained everything to my mom and I and the treatment that was needed. He also took his time and our visit was not rushed. I've made another appointment for the Dr. to see my mom. ”

About Dr. Larry Bloomstein
Board-certified orthopedic surgeon Larry Bloomstein, MD, brings a unique set of skills and highly specialized knowledge to Orthocenter’s two locations in Red Bank and Morganville, New Jersey. He has advanced fellowship training in two separate specialties: 1. Foot & Ankle 2. Orthopaedic Fractures and Trauma.
Dr. Larry Bloomstein attended medical school at Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
He completed his orthopaedic residency at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ. His training included pediatric orthopaedics at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and Orthopaedic Trauma at Morristown Memorial Hospital.
Following his residency, he completed his first fellowship in Orthopaedic Trauma Surgery at the world-renowned Campbell Clinic in Memphis, Tennessee which is affiliated with the University of Tennessee. The Campbell Clinic is well known for authoring the predominant textbook of orthopaedic surgery “Campbell’s Operative Orthopaedics” and for continually releasing updated editions as orthopaedic surgery evolves.
