I am extremely disappointed by this Doctor, especially seeing as I have been going to ENTs for my whole life due to my history of ear infections. I was not given a chance to fully describe my symptoms/history, he spoke downto me as if I didn't know things I've already been told by many doctors, and so in the end I was not even treated for the reason I came in. Absolutely will not go back to him. The office itself was good, and so I might try other Doctors within the same office.

Dr. Oppenheim quickly and efficiently diagnosed my problem and prescribed treatment. It was an emergency appointment for an acute ear infection with perforated ear drum. Even though I was a late addition to today's schedule, I had no waiting time and did not feel rushed.

While Dr. Oppenhiem may be an expert in his field; his interaction on a human level was atrocious. He was rude, dismissive, arrogant, with no ability for compassion. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a doctor..

I went in to get advice on a treatment for sleep apnea. I arrived with a sunny attitude and ready to seek advice from a medical professional. After seeing Oppenheim, I left under a cloud of exasperation. From the very beginningof this consultation I got the feeling Oppenheim would rather be anywhere else except in that room talking with me. He was abrupt, completely disconnected and his discourse was that of someone talking to an inferior. At one point he actually berated me for asking for clarification on CPAP devices. Not a caring bone in his body. I think it's time this guy retired. Definitely ineffectual. The rest of the staff were helpful. If you must go to this practice, I'd recommend seeing ANYone else but Oppenheim.

Dr. Oppenheim was unable to diagnose why my 16 year-old daughter’s ear has been has a discharge for about a year now. He seemed to doubt us at first until he saw it for himself, then he acted bewildered and flatout said he didn’t know what was causing it and didn’t even suggest to get back with us or seek colleagues’ opinion. We left his office feeling like we had just consulted a grocer or mail carrier – totally useless in this area and unconcerned. co-pay wasted.

Am I dying? I had a biopsy. I was told "results in 2 business days". About 4 business days later, I call. "You don't need to call us for results! We will call you." 14 days after the biopsy, they callme. I call back 9 minutes later. I go through the correct menu options. The guy has no clue who called me. He even says "No Eva works here". Huh? Finally, 22 minutes after my call -- multiple hold times -- I get to talk to Eva -- She asks me if I had the biopsy done! She didn't look at my chart! Nobody called to get my results! If you think you are dying, DON'T GO HERE, they don't do the due diligence of actually finding out your biopsy results! Eva and/or whoever is in charge of doing that should be fired.

There phone answering system is one of the most horrible, non-user friendly I have ever heard. Multiple, confusing choices. I just wanted to talk the front desk person; but you have to go through a maze to get there. A completeturn off, and a potential reason not to come back! Fix it!

Dr. Oppenheim was great. He only checked my son out for a few minutes, but he is clearly experienced because that's all it took for him to discuss next steps. He then sat with my husband and I for as longas we needed (about 20 mins or so) talking about his recommendations and answering the hundreds of questions we had. We did not feel rushed in any way and he was not pushy at all about his recommendation. He doesn't give off the 'Just do as I say' attitude that some successful physicians do.

I've had two appointments to this office in last three months but for two different issues. Both times, staff were very pleasant and wait time was a very few minutes. The first visit was for a simpler issue and the secondone will require additional testing, however I have a positive view at this point about both the office staff and Dr. Oppenheim.

Dr. Oppenheim is a very smart and knowable physician. I took my son to his office after another doctor (who was rated top at Arlington hospital) had misdiagnosed him and screwed up his surgery. The first doctor failed to remove allmy Son’s adenoid completely and left a piece of it hanging in the back of his throat. When my son started to complain again 4 moth after the surgery, the first doctor said he might have cancer. You can imagine how that made us all feel. I looked up Dr. Oppenheim and took my son to him for a consultation and he calmed us down and correctly diagnosed the problem. He did the second surgery and removed the left over adenoid. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Oppenheim was courteous and professional. He took my health history (rather than having a nurse do it) and listened intently the whole time. He asked a lot of questions, which I appreciated. He explained his initial thoughts clearly andmade sure to describe all of the tests and checks he was doing throughout the examination. His follow-up instructions were also very clear. Overall, I had a great experience seeing Dr. Oppenheim.

The good doctor went straight at the symptoms and performed "rule out" procedures. Within 10 minutes, we had the good news that all looked normal. He then went further to scope and to perform deeper inspection which also proved normal. Heanswered pur questions and we left with feeling of ease. High regards for his professionalism.
