They didn't know the reason of my sickness.

The most empathetic PHYSICIAN I have seen in years. There is a difference between a DOCTOR who barely listens, writes an Rx and tells patients to return in a month and xips out the door. A PHYSICIAN listens, tells patients what he/she believes is the problem after hearing a patient’s symtoms, gives best options for treatment and discusses whst is to be expected over a specific time.A PHYSICIAN touches patients vs standing or sitting across the exam room. This PHYSICIAN has a stellar office staff and highly competant physician practice extention professionals. Most PHYSICIANS I know in the INOVA healthcare system refer those patients with ENT problems to this practice, specifically to this PHYSICIAN. Thanks for the great care!

Despite the waiting room being full, service moved efficiently. I arrived early, was seen early, and was out before my scheduled appointment start time. The office was aware of my appointment but I was informed that it was for allergy. I was shocked because that was not why I made the appointment using the online Zocdoc website. However, the office was very accommodating and treated me exceptionally well. Dr. Saidi and his staff are amazing! They all took the time to listen to me and provide immediate help. I am honestly thrilled with the level of patient care I received, the entire visit was among one of the best experiences I have ever had at a medical facility.
