This was mt first visit (physical) and I haf a lot of questions for Dr. Rosen. He was very thorough with his part of the exam and askedbme pertinent questions. Brittany, the nurse was OUTSTANDING! She got my blood vein in the very first tey and blood draw was over before I new it. I am so so so glad that I switched offices after years and years.

Yes. I was treated with excellent care. The staff made me feel comfortable even though I hadn’t been to the doctor in a long time. The doctor spoke with me about my concerns and really listened to me. He understood which tests I needed to get a better sense of my physical condition. He didn’t shame me at all but helped explain ways to take better care of myself. I have already recommended this doctor to multiple people.

My whole visit was great, the staff was super professional, medical assistant was very polite and showed empathy, Dr. Joshua Rosen took his time to address my concerns and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and to explain with much detail. I’m very happy with my visit.

Overall the experience was fine. I just wish the doctor would slow down and read the room. He needs to take a bit more time to assess how uncomfortable his little patients are on their first visit. It felt like he was trying to rush me out of there and not listen or just even take a second to think about what I was telling him. But again, the over all experience was fine and informative.

Dr. Joshua Rosen is a great doctor. He took a lot of time with me during an annual physical and was very thorough. In other doctor offices I feel very rushed and I wonder if I'm getting the best care. As a bonus, I didn't need to wait for my appointment even though it was in the afternoon. Thorough, punctual, and a good listener... Dr. Rosen and this office are great.

Dr. Rosen, MD was very nice and personable but also efficient. He let me know of all the thing's available under the specific visit I had and made sure to ask if I had any questions or concerns. The other medical staff was also nice and efficient and aloud me to be comfortable in the room itself. Great first visit and will be going back.

I will preface this review by saying the office staff and Dr. Rosen were amazing! They are friendly, listen to your concerns, ask the right questions, and geniunely seem to care about your health. All this being said, I cannot recommend this office because of the location and the hostile parking situation. This was my first visit and my car was booted within minutes by an aggressive man in body armour! Am I going to a doctors office or the January 6th insurrection? The man was combative and as someone who identifies as being gay, made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Word on the street is I am not the only one who has experienced this promblem. Just look at the reviews/lawsuits on Innovative Parking Solutions. Their practices have been outlawed in the 1st Ward. AMITA Health Medical Group needs to immediately vacate this office. By being in this location you enable this malicious parking scam and hostile environment to flourish without reprecussion. DO NOT VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!
