I was a commissioned officer in the US Army for 8 years. During that time I deployed to Iraq and saw dedicated medical professionals helping people no matter their creed. I left to become a nurse starting with an Associates in Nursing. I received my Bachelor’s in Nursing at Saint Louis University and my Masters in Nursing at Northern Arizona University (Nurse Practitioner). I will always look for the best way to serve my patients in ways that work for them while improving their health outcomes.
I worked as a Registered nurse for 11 years including Emergency Department (3 years at level 2 trauma center), intensive care unit, and hospital administration. I have also worked as a dialysis nurse for 1 year.

Joshua Thomas was great. However, I thought I was scheduling an appointment with a Podiatrist (Foot and Ankle Specialist) whereas Mr. Thomas is a General Practitioner. When I used the online scheduler and searched for a Podiatrist, Mr. Thomas; name came up. I believe there may be an issue with the Dr. Database. He did share that I was the second person who had this experience. Mr. Thomas did see me and gave me a referral, however this is something I could have gotten from my regular Primary Care doctor.
