I went in not knowing what to expect and I left with exactly what I needed for treatment. The doctor listened to my concerns and asked me valid questions. She also booked a follow up to make sure our treatment plan is working.

She really listened to me, and would repeat back to me what I was trying to say when I couldn’t express it. I interrupt a lot when a thought pops into my head, and I try to verbalize it before I lose it, and she was really patient with me about that and I didn’t feel awkward. Im glad I chose her as my first mental wellness visit, I feel much better about my outlook and a plan to get back myself back to normal.
