Additionally, she has speciality training in mood disorders including bipolar disorder. In addition, Dr. Fusek utilizes solution-focused and evidence-based practices including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions that also include insight-building and skill development.
