He missed a very serious diagnosis that was finally found a year later by another doctor. I know doctors can make mistakes, so I'm hoping this was a fluke for him. Regardless, I will not return.

Today was the first visit my husband and I had with Dr. Gonzalez and we were both very pleased. He was courteous, professional and very attentive to our medical needs. His staff was just as professional and explained our lab orders, prescriptions, discharge instructions and follow up appointments very clearly and concisely. I would definitely recommend Dr. Gonzalez to anyone seeking a PCP.

I went there to check on a lump I suddenly found in my body (worry it's cancer). I was really deadly worry but doctor Juan made me feel really calm and relax.
He's a very friendly and thoughtful doctor. He spent time to listen to me. Check on everything carefully and swept away my worry. It's not a cancer. He even give me advice to recognize and distinguish a harmful and unharmful lump.

Why does Dr. Gonzales have good reviews? Is it friends and family leaving comments? My experience was not pleasant as I felt rushed in the visit. I saw him based on the comments and ratings! The right questions were not asked by him, and the answers he provided were vague, not personalized and definitively not helpful. It took me a lot of courage to go see a doctor, this issue has been weighting on me for a while. I feel worse after the visit than before. He may be a good doctor for others, not my fit. I needed someone who will listen and give me a solid professional opinion, someone who would make me comfortable and worthy. I will not go back because of him, but I did like the staff. They were courteous, nice, timely. The office is also clean and nice. I was seen within 15 min, but I also booked the earliest time. He spent 10min with me (if it was that much) so time should not be an issue if u want to see him for something general.

The staff was unwelcoming. I arrived early to complete new patient paperwork. I waited for 15 minutes beyond my appointment time outside the office, another 15 inside a patient room. The doctor spent less than 5 minutes with me. Good medicine? I don't know. Good customer service, no.
