Juan M. Premoli, M.D. grew up in Argentina and earned his medical degree at the Universidad Nacional de Rosario, Argentina. Dr. Premoli’s internship rotations in Argentina included internal medicine, pediatrics, general surgery and emergency medicine. He also completed a general surgery internship in general oncologic and laparoscopic surgery at Sanatorio Britanico, Rosario, Argentina. In 1996 Dr. Premoli came to the United States to Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan where he completed a general surgery internship. He then travelled to Minneapolis, Minnesota to the University of Minnesota where he completed an additional year of general surgery. Dr. Premoli continued on at the University of Minnesota to complete his Urology residency. He joined Uromedix in 2003.
Dr. Premoli provides compassionate care to his patients combining his experience and expertise with the latest, most up to date treatments and technology available. He practices general urology for both females and males covering all aspects of urologic care including urinary incontinence, voiding dysfunction, as well as kidney and bladder stones. Dr. Premoli also treats patients with prostate enlargement, impotence, and cancers of the prostate, kidneys and bladder.
Dr. Premoli has a special interest and training in endourology and minimally invasive procedures such as laparoscopy for kidney disease, robotic surgery for prostate cancer, thermotherapy for enlarged prostate, and laser surgery to treat kidney and bladder stones.
Dr. Premoli speaks fluent Spanish and English and sees patients at the Aventura, Hialeah, and Pembroke Pines offices.

Very Poor. I am a first time patient and I was scheduled an appointment at 8:00. Understanding that usually there is a bit of a wait at doctors appointments I arrived at 7:45am. Around 9am I asked the front desk lady (By the way, every communication from her comes out as rude and very dry) if there was something wrong, and she mentioned that they needed to check my insurance and that the lady that takes care of that process was not in until 9am. Then I asked why was I given an appointment at 8:00am if I was a first time patient and the insurance process had to be performed? There was no answer and that it would just be a few more minutes.... Around 9:30am The lady called me to take my payment... and she mentioned that I was going to be the next patient... Then I saw two more patients get called in before I was... Meaning that I was clearly not the next patient as the lady had mentioned. When I raised my concern, she explained that they only had 2 doctors. By this time it was 10am. The waiting room was packed with patients waiting for just 2 doctors to see them at the exact same time. This means that when you scheduled an appointment its not only you... its 10 other patients scheduled at the same exact time as you. So basically its a first come first server basis. Imagine the quality of service you will receive from staff and doctors when all they have in their mind is that they need to move quickly to see the next patient and make money.

recently I was seen in the doctor's office I was thoroughly impressed with the services rendered to me. My doctor was one of the friendliest, most qualified people that I have ever encountered.

I filled out all of the new patient forms in advance on ZocDoc and then I was required to fill them out again in the office because the clerk said that not everyone in the office has access to the forms. On top of all of that, I waited in the waiting room about 40 minutes to be called into an examination room, and then I waited another 30 minutes to be seen by the doctor.
