Waiting time definitely improved. Now just I need them to expedite my refill request. Dr. Stern and his staff are very professional.

My only complaint was that Dr. Stern saw me 90 minutes after I got to his office and 1 hour after the appointment time. My appointment was at 11:00 am and I got there at 10:30 am. Dr. Stern saw me at 12:00 noon, therefore one (01) hour late. The reason you make an appointment is that the Doctor can see you at a committed time based on the fact that both the Doctor and the patient times are valuable.

Maybe Dr. Stern was just having a bad day, but it is important for a doctor to understand that the patient's time is no less important than the doctor's time. My appointment was scheduled for 3pm. When I arrived, the receptionist informed me the doctor was out of the office and running late, and would arrive about one hour late. I told her ok and that I would be back in about an hour or more. When I returned at 4:30pm, Dr. Stern still was not there. They took me back to the waiting room and said he would arrive shortly. The doctor finally arrived after 5:30. When he greeted me, there no apology or concern for my inconvenience as he hastily sat down to talk. He asked me what was the purpose of my visit to which I replied, "a checkup". He replied, " what kind of checkup?, a checkup for your brain?? After this initial sarcasm and condescension, he finally started talking like a professional urologist--but by this time, I already knew I would not be returning. None of the seemingly overworked and stressed staff apologized, nor even mention if the parking could be validated. There was one nice assistant who seemed to realize the service had been horrible....she asked me if everything was alright, but I was too upset to say anything as I went out the door. If this had been a restaurant, I would have asked for my money back.

He was a funny guy, very professional and welcoming. I came to him with a serious worry, and he calmed me down and helped me with any issues I had. This was my first encounter with a urologist and could not have asked for a more supportive and effective doctor.

Very iformative nice staff
The actual wait time in the waiting room wasn't long but I had to wait about 25 more minutes after seeing the Dr. The Dr. is cordial, nothing against him but he doesn't come off as a people person
Excellent
I didn't have a major problem and that's what he said. I think he knows his stuff and I will surely visit him if I need te service
THE OFFICE STAFF WAS ALSO VERY FRIENDLY
Going to the doctor is rarely a pleasure but other than having a house call, it would be difficult to improve upon the experience with Dr. Stern and his office.
Very professional, comfortable and friendly..
