Dr Recabarren was born and raised in Venezuela, she obtained her medical degree at Universidad de Carabobo in Venezuela and completed Internal Medicine Residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center affiliated with Albert Einstein College of Medicine, she also obtained a certification in plant based nutrition through Cornell University and is currently doing a fellowship in Functional, regenerative and anti-aging medicine.
Dr Recabarren has 17 years of experience Internal Medicine Outpatient Care with special interest in preventive medicine, lifestyle medicine, plant based nutrition, functional and anti-aging medicine. In Dr Recabarren’s words, “I like to give my patients all the tools they need to achieve their best state of health. Preventing, halting, and/or reversing disease is my goal and a journey I enjoy taking with my patients every step of the way, I’m there to support them in every way I can.”
Dr. Recabarren is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and a member of the American Medical Association, the American College of Physicians and the American Academy of Anti-aging Medicine.
In her spare time, Dr Recabarren enjoys traveling, cooking and watercolor painting. She is fluent in English and Spanish. She is very excited to be part of Associates MD Weston location.
