Lisset Gonzalez Perez graduated as a Doctor of Medicine from the Higher Institute of Medical Sciences in Havana, Cuba in 1999. She relocated to Miami, Florida, and decided to follow the nursing path to continue as a medical provider here in the United States. Lisset completed six additional years of education and training until she earned her Masters of Science in Nursing from Ana G. Mendez University to become an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. Lisset is fully bilingual (English and Spanish) and joined the Lakeside Medical provider team in 2021.

Lisset Gonzalez-Perez APRN, was exceptionally nice and professional. I appreciated that she reviewed my dad’s labs beforehand and ordered appropriate bloodwork. She answered all of our questions and we did not feel rushed at all. I’m please to have her as my dad’s new primary care provider. The office staff was nice and professional as well.
