He was the only clinician on duty. He only addressed my issue and did not check anything additional. When I got home my ear was bothering, anc I realized he did not check my ears. It would have been good to have all associated systems checked not just my chest for the cough.

I have seen one of his associates, Dr. Dinaz Irani, twice now for repeated bouts of strep throat. She is kind, patient, thorough, and an overall wonderful doctor. I would highly recommend her!

I think it needs to be noted that this is urgent care. I tried to make an appointment to avoid urgent care because my copay is 3x as much. Also having the appointment did not help me get in any faster, I still waited along with the walk-ins.

Professional, courteous, and clear in his communications.
Also, the office staff were very efficient and friendly. The office space itself was clean and pleasant though I think I waited less than 10 minutes before being brought back. I arrived ~20 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment and they took me right away. I think I left the office almost at the same time as my scheduled appointment - when does that ever happen at an MD office!?

I did not meet with him, iI met with someone else on his team which I was note expecting. I was actually quite upset by this since all my research had been on him and not on the doctor that actually saw me. Thankfully, I had seen this doctor previously and it ended up helping me since he knew/remembered my symptoms.

I was not seen by Dr. Fierstein. I was seen by Ka Ming G. Ngai MD., His bedside manner was rushed and he did not enter a proper diagnosis. This urgent care visit was a waste of my time. I would rather a solution to my issue than the offer of medication to mask my pain !!

I was at an urgent care facility and saw a different MD. Fierstein might be the administrator or chief but there are many docs.on staff attending to patients. Zocdoc is confusing this way. Since I needed urgent care but not an emergency room I was happy to see anyone available

Dr. Fierstein and his staff were exellent! I made the appontment on line, on a Sunday and was so appreciative that the wait time was less than 10 min. Not feeling well it made a big difference that they took care of me quickly and professionally. His RN had a PhD - I've noticed it on her name tag! So gratful! Thank you!!

Courteous, kind, and professional. Definitely above and beyond my expectations from an Urgent Care center, though I've yet to have a negative experience, so maybe that's just a stereotype? Regardless, I appreciated the way he worked with me, explained things, and left me with additional home care information as well as numbers for references to primary care doctors (I'm new to the city) and reference to a surgeon whom I'll need to eventually see for my medical issue. Very pleased, overall!
The office staff was also very courteous and seemed to move very quickly and efficiently, and were all very kind. The woman who drew my blood even took a moment to introduce herself, which put me at ease. Good work!

Dr. Fierstein was great--very thoughtful and kind.I think the staff at the front desk, however, could be more professional/careful. They seem to have some communication issues. I had to call three times to repeat the same instructions about calling in my prescription. It was frustrating and I felt like the people with whom I was speaking were not really paying attention to what I was saying.

The MD who treated me was professional and prompt. However, the front desk of an urgent care center needs a lesson in patient courtesy. You don't yell across the waiting room, 'what are you here for' if the appointment was very specific. They exercised zero discretion and were I not a pretty comfortable guy, I would have been livid and saved my exorbitant co-pay for a staff with common sense.

Waited in the waiting room and then again in the doctor's room for a long time. Both the nurse and the doctor who met with me were extremely nice and great to talk to. Had some troubles with the insurance (what else is new?), but they were cleared up quickly. The receptionists were a little cold - they could have been friendlier, but other than that, no complaints!

Dr. Fierstein was awesome. I was developing a sinus infection and it was so bad that I had to leave work. My normal doctor didn't have anything available, so I found Dr. Fierstein and booked a 2:30 appointment. I arrived around 2:15 and was asked to fill out paperwork. The nurse called me in around 2:20, I got right in and saw the doctor right at 2:30. He's super nice and was very thorough in his explanation of what was going on. He even noticed my shirt, which mentioned what college I went to, and asked me some questions about it to break the ice. This office was so quick and efficient that I still had not completed my paperwork by the time I was done with my visit, which was pretty awesome. I definitely recommend Dr. Fierstein and Mount Sinai Urgent Care.

They've sold me! Fast, efficient... and their physician set me up with an immediate consultation with an appropriate specialist, based upon her competent diagnosis. I'd feared yet another scary cursory, disorganized doc-in-a-box experience (so prevalent here) but thanks to her empirical knowledge, fastidious adherence to procedure. I can relax, following what could've been a nerve wracking experience. Thanks folks!
