She is my primary physician for more than 15 years. She's straight to the point, friendly and professional. I did have problems with her office staff at certain points but staff comes and goes. It would be even better if her current office was closer to me but it's not too bad either.

I have been a patient of Dr. Judith Dibble for many, many years, which tells it all. She is up-to-date medically. Also, I took my mom to see her after my mom had spent years in pain and no other doctor could determine what was wrong with her. In one visit, Dr. Dibble had the answer. I hope she is with me until the very end.

As a rule, you get in to see Dr. Dibble right on time. This particular day had her running behind. I was okay with it. She has been my doctor for many years now and I have no complaints with her or her office personnel. She is pleasant and empathetic and a good doctor. I recommend her all the time to others.

Dr. Dibble is very thorough and very professional. She listens to your concerns and spends ample time with you. She does not hurry through your appointment. Their is a lab in her office too. Highly recommend.

Dr. Dibble's assistant did the initial intake - standard procedure. The visit turned into an annual physical because of the issues I raised. Dr. Dibble is a good listener and took comprehensive notes. The tests she requested were standard for a physical and will help with determining other steps for me to take. She has been my internist for many years and I trust her answers to my questions. I am not happy with the lack of attention to details by staff. Since Dr. Dibble is an overall manager of care, many items are handled by non-medical staff. In particular, requests for referrals made through myBJC.org email process are not handled in a timely way, even when requests are made well in advance. Trying to get through on the telephone means a wait of 15 or more minutes. Current medical bureaucracy means quality doctors like Dibble are less able to spend time on patient care.
