I liked Dr. Waters a lot but the wait time too long. I sat in the examine room for over an hour which baffles me since we were an early morning appointment which I made months ago.

Dr. Waters has been my doctor from childhood. Several years ago, wait times were getting a little ridiculous, but the past several times I have went to her wait times were minimal. Her office staff are friendly and helpful and were willing to work through an insurance billing issue with me. I would highly recommend Dr. Waters, she's great!

10 minutes after checking in I was put into a room in which the nurse asked the routine questions and then left. I then sat for 45-50 minutes waiting to be seen by the doctor who did apologize for the delay. However, she only spent 10 minutes speaking with me and then ushered me off to lab testing. At my other appointments, I receive end of visit summary to take with me but the receptionist could not give that to me since the doctor did not finish her "notes." The lack of timing and overall care were awful.

I made the appointment early in the morning, it may have been the first appointment of the day. It was the first time I didn't have to wait long or over my appointment time. In the past, the doctor was always way behind schedule. Probably best to schedule for the first appointment time available.
This was a complete physical. I didn't feel it was as complete and some physicals I've had it the past. It was more like a checkup. The only thing different was getting an order to get blood tests done.
