Long wait, seemed to be in a rush to do other things. Would come back, but would prefer a more courteous approach.

Looked at my skin for about 5 min. Or less. Very rushed appointment. Broke out in a bad rash after the visit and using the stuff prescribed and called on Friday and didn’t receive any call back. Clearly patients aren’t really a priority here. She did seem knowledgeable though.

My appointment was extremely rushed and impersonal. I was asking questions as the doctor was trying to edge out the door to her next appointment. I had questions and concerns but wasn't allowed the time and courtesy of being made tofeel I could ask them. The few times I was able to get a question or complete sentence out she responded in a patronizing and condescending manner. As I left the office I realized I never did get a satisfactory answer to the issue I was there for and now have to make another appointment, miss more work and have another bill with a different dermatologist to hopefully get my issue resolved.

I had to reminder her of the areas to examine on my head and face. Made me a bit nervous if she was giving me a comprehensive examination. Since I am a registered nurse I knew the basics of what shouldbe reviewed. Thankful that I realize that she needed to check the top of my head but we found a lesion.

She seems confident and knowledgeable, but would not recommend for someone who prefers a warmer doctor. For example, she made a disgusted expression when presented with the point of my visit, and presented as flat and hurried. However, it seemsshe knew what the problem was right away and offered a solution in a reasonable time frame.

I came in with an ear cyst, and she gave me treatment recommendations that made it go away (topical antiseptic and oral antibiotic). However, I was told at least three times that I would need to pay for services (which issomething I knew going in, because I've been to the doctor before - maybe they thought I looked poor? Not a great excuse, it was insulting), and she was very dismissive of my dermatillomania (just told me to stop scratching, and that isn't really helpful to someone in my position). I'm sure she's fine if you're dealing with acne or cosmetic stuff, but I don't think she's very good for things that are complicated by mental illness, and I wouldn't recommend her to friends who don't seem or are not well-off.

Dr. Judy was knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable with the diagnosis she was giving me. She took me very seriously and could tell I was anxious about the possibility of skin cancer. I felt that she took it justas seriously as I did! She followed up very well and my stitches were pain-free.

The first thing I noticed during my first appointment was that the Doctor did not introduce herself, instead seeming very busy. In fact, none of the staff introduced themselves. At one point, I asked a staff member her name and position, prior to her injecting me and prepping my back for a biopsy. My second visit seemed rushed.

Disappointed. I needed a plantar wart removed and Judy insisted on a treatment that had already been tried and did not work. As you can guess, her treatment did not work. I went to another Dr this last week who solvedthe problem in one visit. Aside from the treatment, I also signed up for an annual screening which she forgot to go and I was told it would be another 20 minutes until she could get back to me.

Took my daughter to Dr. Chiang for evaluation of a very itchy scalp. She barely looked at my daughter's head and gave us a sample of a steroid foam. Good thing I never administered it, because it turned out to belice -- my friend discovered the nits in my daughter's hair a few days later.

Dr. Chiang is incredibly knowledgeable and sets realistic expectations when treating her patients which is greatly appreciated. I would describe her bedside manner to be more on the professional side than the friendly side which is perfectlyfine, at the end of the day you want to be properly treated. I would highly recommend her.

I found Dr. Chiang's bedside manner to be very abrasive and impersonal. I waited 45 plus minutes on multiple occasions with no apologies from the staff or Dr. Chiang. At times, it felt like she was more interested in selling meon an unnecessary cosmetic procedure versus concentrating on what I actually came in for. Lastly, I had to have my insurance contact their billing office to dispute charges, which I've never had to do with any doctor's office. I will be finding a new dermatologist after these experiences, very disappointed.

Dr. Chiang is very professional and very capable. It's not unusual for a dermatologist visit to feel rushed and this was no different. She took my history of melanoma very seriously and recommended we remove ALL of my moles (I have quite a few).

Friendly front desk staff. Somewhat of a wait to get into the exam room and to be seen. Dr Chiang listened well to the somewhat long history of the condition. Addressed the issue and offered alternative evaluation and treatment options. Decentexplanation of her suspected diagnoses. I was intentionally trying to avoid the posh medical spa/cosmetic dermatology feel and this office was very basic. Exactly what I was looking for.

They get you in to be seen as soon aspossible and work efficiently to get you out the door without feeling like you are rushed. VERY HAPPY with her practise.
