About Dr. Shayla Francis
As a fellowship-trained Mohs Surgeon, Dr. Francis specializes in complex skin surgery, the treatment of skin cancer, and cosmetic dermatology. She completed her Doctor of Medicine at the University of Colorado, followed by a residency in Dermatology and a fellowship in Immunodermatology at the same institution. Additionally, Dr. Francis completed a fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cosmetic Dermatology at the University of Washington. The Doctor was GREAT however, I have received a bill for a service I was told was complementary by the Doctor.
While checking out in the office, I was asked to pay for the service the Doctor said she’d do at no charge. They sent an assistant to confirm with the Doctor and she verified. Now a month later I have a bill for the same service and they charged my insurance . I have left messages with no return call but keep receiving said bill.
I will probably find another Dermatologist based on my experience with billing.

Initially I was frustrated due to the long wait time. After meeting Dr. Francis, I was so impressed with her because she spent quality time with me discussing my concerns and actually biopsied the spot that was an issue right then. She is a very caring doctor and I felt very confident with her expertise.

I saw Shayla today for a very thorough exam. She got right to work and even did a biopsy without having me have to come back for another appointment. I highly recommend this office - from the front desk coming in to the check out everyone was very professional and helpful! Thank you, Dr. Francis!

Dr. Francis was great, and her assistant was very nice. Was there to get moles removed. Waited a bit longer than I was hoping for between getting numb and getting them removed but the overall visit was good.
