Doesn't give option to message the clinic or doctor the app did remind me of my appt number on appl greats you with please leave message call a few times left messages and no call call back thev answering system says who you call only leave message to some random numbers to leave your message not even an employee or even to know your calling the a clinic look for a second number didn't find one reach out to and explain

I showed up and they didn't know about my appt. They didn't have appt available. they weren't even the type of doctor that zocdoc said they were. Not the offices fault, but zocdoc. i drove 80 minutes for this appt, that never happened. very upset with zocdoc

I was in pain, booked an appointment on line, at this point every thing is okay, when I arrive at the clinic on S street in Palmdale i was told that i had to go to Lancaster, I was hopping to get better service from this place but it was disappointed, all they said was if you want to keep your appointment you need to go to the other clinic

The office informed me that there was no appointment on file. When I called, they mentioned that they no longer use this service, but it's difficult to remove it from the website. Please refrain from booking an appointment with this doctor.

I would not go back to this office. I booked specifically to have an ultrasound (which was offered on this site) and after driving an hour to the office they said they could do nothing for me just refer me to an OBGYN. The staff was not helpful and the NP talked about me while I was 10 feet away in a condescending manner due to my insurance.
Upon arrival the staff didn’t have my appointment on their calendar and they were all having personal conversations behind the desk. The office is also extremely dated.
