The front desk was very nice. The nurse who checked me in was sincere and understanding. The Nurse Prac. who examined me was thorough and knowledgeable. I will be back and highly recommend to friends and family.

I booked a pap smear and the night before the appointment, 10 minutes before their office closed, after I had already confirmed the appointment twice, they told me they didn't give pap smears to new patients. I had already spent weeks getting coworkers to cover my shift so I could get to the appointment, so I went anyway, but it was a waste of my time and I feel taken advantage of
