From the moment I walked in, the lady at the front was welcoming and helpful and got me set up right away. I barely waited two minutes before the nurse called me in. She was so sweet, caring, and informative, and everything was handled quickly and smoothly.
The doctor came in almost immediately and was honestly one of the best doctors I’ve met in the U.S. She listened to everything I had to say, asked questions, and properly checked me before making any decision. I never felt rushed and genuinely felt like she cared.
Coming from Dubai, I’ve never really enjoyed going to clinics here, but this experience completely changed that. I’m sorry I don’t remember everyone’s names, but thank you for making me feel genuinely cared for. Amazing people and a perfect experience!”

One of the best places I could have been seen. They listened to my concerns and addressed what we needed to get done right away. The doctor that I met with was just amazing and made me feel comfortable. All the staff made me feel at home.

I only needed a prescription refill and I had just been there in February. I don’t think it was really necessary for me to have to come in just for that. But my visit was fine. Friendly staff.

I pre-registered online. I arrived early. I waited in an exam room for 35 minutes and was bypassed by the nurse practitioner. The medical assistant finally told me that the nurse practitioner simply ignored me despite my standing appointment and saw to other patients who didn’t have earlier appointments or more pressing need. From what I understand, the patients didn’t even have appointments and they arrived AFTER I was placed in the exam room. It was completely unacceptable. I left without service. I will NEVER use this service again or recommend it to anyone.
The questionnaire to get to this point is not accurate, but the only way this site would allow me to review this service.

My first visit and I have to say I was very impressed from the moment I stepped in and the professionalism of the staff members the moment I checked in. I was also very impression appreciative of nurse practitioner Cynthia Gibson. She took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed all my answers and gave me health advice and suggestions. She put in a few referrals for me and also had nurse did my lab work at the clinic. I have scheduled a follow up with nurse practitioner Cynthia Gibson on June 13th 2026. I appreciate everyone’s professionalism expertise and patience. I will definitely recommend family members colleagues to my doctor now.

I can’t believe they can do all testing at the facility and really is so much easier then having to go to all different places to get tested.
My new insurance was the hold up for verification! That Cigna took 30 min to confirm!

When I went in the ladies at the front were very amazing and helpful with getting me in. The nurse was also amazing getting me back and ready to see the doctor. The doctor was amazing with the care and efficiency on helping to get better.
