I'm a licensed clinical psychologist and change-management expert. I specialize in relationship issues, navigating life transitions (IE: divorce, loss of a loved one, career changes) and coping with anxiety and depression. I work with adults of all ages, providing individual and couples psychotherapy--all of my work is grounded in evidenced-based treatments/theoretical orientations.
I utilize a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, value-oriented and mindfulness-based approaches to best fit the needs of my patients. I am empathic, direct and determined to achieve the results you both desire and need.
Effective therapy requires a good therapeutic match and a collaborative effort between the therapist and the patient.
